Sherwood Chorale
Auditions will be September 5 and 6, 2012. If you’re an adult or high school student auditioning for the Sherwood Chorale, please bring a prepared solo, your own music, and if possible, your own accompanist. You should choose a song that represents your vocal abilities well, and is in choral style, not pop music style. We’re looking for singers that blend well, have accurate intonations and rhythm, and can read music. In addition, you’ll be asked to sing some vocal exercises, including a major scale pattern. Please remember, we’re all doing this to enjoy the arts and have some fun, so we’ll do everything we can to make you feel at ease during your audition. Really… we don’t bite! Sign up for an audition time here: Sherwood Chorale. Please bring a completed audition application form with you to your audition.
